Policy on how we use your email

For administration, support, communication and identification.

Your email address is used for the administration of your account. Your name will not be disclosed or shared with any other organisations.

Moodle uses the email address of all users to communicate various things: any forum posts made by admin or teachers in the news section will deliver a copy of that post to the user's email; when a graded item or a badge is received an email communication will go out to the user; users will receive alerts if replies by others are made in a forum they subscribe to;  

Your email address will not be disclosed or shared with any other organisations or users.
